Fees are $70 per player in the U6 bracket (DOB 8/1/2002 to 7/31/2004) and $80 per player for all other brackets (DOB 8/1/2004 and above)
 
Late registration fee is $90 per player without regard to age or bracket. Late registrations mailed after 6/1/2008 with incorrect fees will not be processed. Refund requests must be mailed prior to 7/1/2008 using the Refund Form located in the forms section of the website or click here (pdf file) to download form.

Mail in Registration: Now closed
Returning players may use the mail in registration option. Simply download the OYSL 2008 REG FORM/ETHICS FORM. Fill each form out completely as incomplete registrations will not be processed. Please also keep in mind that coaches are always needed by OYSL. If a parent, or other adult guardian wishes to volunteer, please also download the OYSL 2008 ADULT REG FORM and mail it along with the player registration documents. Mail completed forms along with a check or money order, made payable to OYSL, to:

Walk in Registration: Now closed
New and returning players may attend either of our walk in registration sessions in Oakdale. (Unfortunately the City of Riverbank was unable to offer a facility to accommodate OYSL Registration for the children in their community.) Sessions will be held on Tuesday April 22nd and Wednesday April 30th From 6-8PM at the New Gene Bianchi Center located at 110 South Second Avenue (visible from F Street). Parents may wish to download the forms (noted in the mail in registration section) for faster service however forms will be available each evening. Fees may be paid by cash, check, or money order. We are sorry however credit cards will not be accepted. New Players: A valid birth certificate will be required for registration. We are sorry however new players will not be registered without birth date verification.
 
Online Registration: Now closed
New and returning players may register online at any time. Simply click on the link which will open your browser and start the process. Please pay close attention as forms must be printed and mailed at the end of the online registration process. Failure to mail in the forms by the appropriate deadline, even if payment is made, may result in late fees or your child not being registered for the program. All players require the 2008 OYSL REG FORM and the 2008 ETHICS FORM. New players require a valid birth document. U12/U14 players require a 2”x2” picture. Go to Online Registration
 

Required Documents with registration include.
1. A completed 1601 for all players. (first page of pdf attachment.)
2. A completed Ethics form for all players. (second page of pdf attachment.)
3. Birth Document for all new players to OYSL. Must be a legal copy, not a hospital copy.
4. 2”x2” picture U12/U14 brackets only. (All U12/U14 players require a picture for their player pass. DOB 08/01/1994 to 07/31/1999)
5. Registration fee, $70 for U6, $80 for U8+, $90 late registration after 6/1 for all players regardless of age.
Incomplete registrations will not be processed. Registrations that are received incomplete, and are not complete by 5/31 will be charged the late fee rate.
